Orders paid by credit card and shipping to an address other than that of the credit card holder will require additional processing time.
New product returns are allowed for 14 days from date of purchase. Product must be new and in salable condition. Packaging on returned items must be undamaged and unaltered. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as the original outbound shipping costs based on a flat rate schedule. Customers should insure the product including the packaging against shipping damage. Damaged product will not be accepted for return.
Where we will ship your order?
Orders marked for shipment to a residential address that are paid by credit card will be shipped to the nearest Purolator or Loomis Courier Depot and held for pickup. In some locations we ship by Canada Post which may deliver to your door or you may need to pick it up at the post office. We can also ship to your work address but you will need to submit proof that you work at that address. This can delay your order until we receive the proof.
If you want to pay by credit card and have the shipment come to your home address, select PayPal as a payment method and then select "Pay with Credit Card" on PayPal's site.
Orders paid by eTransfer will be shipped to the customer's requested location. If you want to have your order shipped to a friend or family member this is the best way to pay.
Orders paid by PayPal will be shipped to the PayPal verified shipping address.
Why do we specify these shipping terms?
Due to the high demand and resale ability of some of our products we get a lot of fraudulent orders using stolen credit card numbers. Our shipping terms are meant to reduce the possibility of credit card fraud and to protect you, our valued customers.
Standard shipping times when shipped by Courier
If your address is not serviced directly by Purolator or Loomis Courier then we will ship by Canada Post. Delivery times range from 5 to 9 business days in most parts of Canada.
All orders must include a contact phone number and email address or the order will be canceled.
Please keep in mind that these times are not guarantees, several factors can delay your shipment such as; inclement weather, heavy volumes, conveyor line problems and other factors.
The method of shipping depends on your location but we generally use Purolator, Loomis Courier or Canada Post. We will ship it to the nearest depot and have it held for pick up. They will usually hold it for up to 5 days to make it easier to get and a lot of depots are open on the weekend. To find your local depot click here and add your location.
If your location is determined to be a remote location not serviced directly by Purolator, Loomis Courier or Canada Post (directly) then you will be contacted with a shipping quote before we send your order out. If you feel the shipping is too expensive you can request a full refund.
Returns are only accepted on items marked as "30 Day Return Policy Applies"
Items marked as discounted or clearance are being sold at a reduced price and are not eligble for return. Items marked as Special order are not returnable for any reason. All returns require prior authorization. Parts sent back without authorization will be refused or destroyed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges except on items shipped back due to defective from new or item not as described.
Credit for returns that are approved and accepted will be creditted back to the credit card or PayPal account used for payment less a 5% credit card and handling fee. Orders paid by credit card or PayPal and cancelled before shipping will have a 3% fee deducted for credit card processing and handling charges. The reason for this is that the credit card fees are not refunded to us and rates vary from 2.5% to 3.45%. Returns for products that are paid by eTransfer wll have the full amount returned.
